Property Care Supervisor

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for property care and customer service? Join Groundswell Property Management as our new Property Care Supervisor. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead our dedicated Property Care Team, ensuring every client property is immaculately presented and ready for guest arrivals.
What you’ll do:
Supervise and motivate the Property Care Team to deliver exceptional property presentation and guest satisfaction.
Oversee cleaning, sanitisation, and inventory control of consumables and linen.
Monitor and report on property maintenance needs.
Spend at least half your time hands-on in guest houses, cleaning, and setting the standard for quality and attention to detail.
Commit to one weekend in three on call (with allowance), handling urgent guest enquiries—mostly remotely, occasionally in person.
Ensure compliance with health and safety and company policies.
Represent Groundswell with professionalism and high customer service values.
What you’ll bring:
Practical experience in customer care and/or property care.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing needs.
Clean driving licence and your own transport (allowance provided).
Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, Google Apps) are a plus.
