Friends & family discounts
The ‘free’ holiday that you are offering your buddies isn’t free at all, of course. There are still costs in cleaning, consumables, linen etc. Talking about money with friends is not always easy though - so we are happy to help.
If you’d like to offer your friends and family a slightly arms-length arrangement, we are happy to take care of everything… as if they were any other paying guest.
You can offer them a promo code that will give them a substantial discount off the base rate of your home, while still asking that they contribute. You choose how much.
If you choose for your guests to use this pathway, they can book via our website, and Groundswell will take care of everything. In this case, the guests will pay full price for the clean, and Groundswell commissions will still be processed - albeit as a % of the much-reduced cost to the guests.
You can set the payment level such that your guests will cover the linen, consumables etc.
The promo code/s we will provide you are only valid on your home.
