Hours: 10-25 hours per week, between 10am–3pm daily, with some weekend work required. Flexibility is valued.

Commitment: We’re seeking only those people who are available for the full summer period. A special season incentive is offered for those who stay the course.

What you’ll do:

• Present properties to high standards for guest arrivals.

• Clean and sanitise properties with care and attention to detail.

• Manage linen and consumables inventory.

• Record and report property maintenance issues promptly.

• Report to the Property Services Manager and work alongside the Groundswell Property Team.

What we’re looking for:

• Team player with a friendly, positive attitude.

• Excellent attention to detail–you spot what others miss.

• Good time-management and organisational skills.

• Willingness to assist, support, and communicate with colleagues.

• Commitment to work, especially across the busy summer season.

Essential:

• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow company processes.

• Practical, confident, and adaptable to change.

• Able to commit to Sunday/Monday shifts

• Prepared to use your own car. Clean driving license required. We reimburse IRD standard kilometre rates.
